COVID-19 Updates

>> UPDATED: Friday, July 10, 2020<<

Phase Two, Part Two is now active!  With the addition of masks and face coverings.

Beginning Sunday, July 12 our doors will continue to be open allowing 50% capacity. But only for those wearing a mask or face covering.  This is due to the Major of Shreveport's Executive Order, issued on Wednesday, July 8, 2020.    Because of the Governor's Phase 2 extension order's notice regarding Church leaders,  you will see our Worship Leadership on stages and platforms not wearing masks. But, even they will have to wear a mask when not leading or presenting their section of the service.

Please do your part to help us comply with this order.  Please, put on your mask before you enter our building, and don't take it off until you exit the building.

NOTE: Wearing masks or face coverings is required to enter and remain in the building. This is the case for everyone over the age of 2.  This order will be enforced.

Thank you!

Is Broadmoor gathering for services this Sunday?

UPDATED: Friday, July 10, 2020

Yes we are!

We are under the Governor's Phase Two, Part Two Order, which is set to expire on July 23, 2020.  Until then, we are able to fill all our Worship spaces up to 50% occupancy.   Every other row has been blocked off and we are asking that you help us by wearing a mask at all times and continue to sit at least 6 feet away from people who are not a part of your family.

We have room for you!

Our Service times have recently been adjusted.  As of Sunday, July 12 here are the "in-person" service options:

9:45 AM Celebration Worship in Worship Center North

Featuring small groups of our Celebration Choir and Orchestra

11:00 AM DOXA Worship in Worship Center South
Featuring the full DOXA Worship Band and singers

11:00 AM Hispanic Worship in Memorial Chapel

Featuring our Hispanic Ministry Worship Team. This is service is in Spanish. English translation is available.

If you are not ready or are unable to attend for whatever reason, we will continue to worship together online during all 3 services. You will be able to find our live streams here on our website and on our Facebook Page

For those who are not able to access our digital pathways, we have set up a regular phone in option.  Simply dial 318-703-2511 to listen to the service.  If you know of someone who would rather use this pathway, please help us by spreading the word.

What about B Groups and D Groups?
Will they meet?

UPDATED: Friday, July 10, 2020

Our building is still not open for small group meetings.  We are recommending that B-Groups use the video conferencing app ZOOM to continue to stay connected with their groups.

All of our D-Groups are made up of 5 people.  For those groups that do decide to meet, we encourage everyone to follow the CDC's guidelines regarding social distancing and person preventive actions.  Please note though, MOOR Coffee now open with limited hours and seating options.  Masks are required when in MOOR Coffee.
