We are delighted God has led you to worship with us at Broadmoor Baptist Church and thrilled you have a desire to serve the Lord through the Music Ministry! Being a member of a choir, ensemble, praise team, or band is a big decision. Take a moment to look over the information below to better understand who we are and what we have to offer. We know you will be richly blessed as you discover all the ways you can be a part of this amazing family.

  • Worship Choir

From the first rehearsal you’ll feel right at home among this wonderful group of people who love music and share a passion for singing praises to our Lord.  The Adult Worship Choir is open to all adults, meets year round except for a 6-week break in July/August, and leads worship in the Celebration services every Sunday.

The name 423 derived from John 4:23, which says, “the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth.” Our goal in the 423 Praise Team is to be an example to our church body of what true worship looks like. The goal is not to be seen or be on the platform, but to honor God through our voices and hearts. If you have a desire to worship God through singing in the DOXA service, and are a gifted vocalist, please contact us for more information.

  • worship orchestra

The Worship Orchestra is an excellent opportunity for musicians to share their talent and their faith through the power of musical melodies.  The Worship Orchestra is open to all musicians high school age and up, meets year round except for a 6-week break in July/August, and leads worship in the Celebration services every Sunday.

The DOXA band is all about glorifying God through music. After all, DOXA means glory, honor, and splendor! We believe God has gifted men and women instrumentally, in order to offer back these gifts to Him. We are a team that believes foremost in glorifying our Savior, doing everything with excellence, and walking in humility. If you have experience and a desire to serve on this team, please contact Meagan Stoll.

  • High School choir

With an emphasis on missions and serving others, the High School Choir is a great place for students to grow in their faith, experience worship leadership, present concerts around town, go on an annual choir tour in early summer, and share the Good News of Jesus Christ through music and movement. If you are a student who has some experience singing or playing an instrument, please contact Meagan Stoll for more information on how to join the youth band. We would love to work with you and help you develop as a musician and worship leader. You can also contact Kyle Martin for lessons.
