CIRCLE OF LOVE AND HOPE
The circle of Love and Hope is a weekly gathering for all ladies who have had the experience of the death of her spouse. It includes a time of noting special prayer needs, and prayer for the issues faced by these ladies. It provides Fellowship and Creative Weekly Programming featuring a variety of church-wide and parish-wide personalities addressing timely topics. We also enjoy special programs of vocal and instrumental music both spiritual as well as popular.We focus is on including and encouraging . This is an interdenominational gathering.

Meets Wednesdays at 2:00 PM in Room 1403
VIP – HOME-BOUND, NURSING HOME, HOME-BOUND MINISTRY
This is an “open” organization of volunteers. Each VIP volunteer commits to provide ministry and care for a number of patients as coordinated by the office of the Minister of Mature Adults.
A monthly “up-dating,” lunch-meeting is held for the purpose of prayer, sharing, input and fellowship. Specialized input and guidance is available through Dr. Paula Fenter, Professor of Physical Therapy, LSUMC.
VIP meets the forth Thursday of each month at 11:30 AM in Room 1407
NURSING HOMES, HOSPITALS - CARE FACILITIES – REHAB FACILITIES
Where Broadmoor Baptist Church members are resident, visits are made by experienced laymen and women, and ministers. If you wish to add a name to the visitation assignments for these type facilities, please call Jean Baldwin at the number listed at the top of this page.
HOMEBOUND, IN A NON-COMMERCIAL FACILITY
PRIMARY emphasis is given to members of this church with special requests also received. Visits are made by experienced laymen and women, and ministers.

Periodic - typically Fall or Spring.
Carefully researched, planned, priced, and presented for the potential traveler’s consideration, prior to registration.

Suggestions for consideration as a future trip are welcomed
Transportation is by charter coach with minister as Trip Director.
MASH (Marvelous Adult Spring Happening)
An annual evening of fun, food, fellowship, inspiration, and stellar entertainment for all adults (neither church nursery care, nor child-care provided for this activity).
